We take great pride in our customer service and will always endeavour to provide the best possible experience for all of our customers. Please read the following terms and conditions before placing your order.
When you order a personalised piece, please ensure that the details you enter are correct as once we have started making your cut we cannot make changes to the personalisation or issue a refund for details that were incorrect when ordered. If you do make a mistake, please contact us as soon as you notice. If we haven’t started cutting we’ll be more than happy to change the personalisation for you!
When you order a bespoke piece we’ll be in contact with you to discuss your requirements. Once you have approved the final layout we’ll start cutting, at which point the item cannot be returned and a refund cannot be issued. Please make sure to check the final layout thoroughly to make sure there are no mistakes in spellings or dates before giving your approval.
Please note, Pieces of Art retain the right to all designs, both for use in our promotional material and in future work. We will remove any identifying features from personalised and bespoke designs, such as surnames and street names, before posting on social media or on our website.
We reserve the right to use any reviews or feedback on our website and on promotional material. When doing so we will only use first names or initials.
We take great care when packaging our products to ensure their safe arrival, however, if your order arrives in less than perfect condition please contact us immediately and we will provide a replacement.
If you are not completely happy with your cut when it has arrived, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We pride ourselves on our customer care and will take all reasonable steps to rectify any issues.
